11Plus Vault is operated as an information-only website. We do not require visitors to register an account, and we do not ask children for any personal data. This policy explains what is and isn't collected when you use the site.
What we collect
Like almost every website on the internet, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent) for security and performance reasons. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used for advertising profiling.
Cookies
We use first-party analytics cookies to understand which guidance pages parents find most useful. We do not place advertising cookies for retargeting, and we do not run personalised ads aimed at children. Display ads served on the site (from a third-party ad network) may set their own cookies subject to that network's privacy policy; you can refuse non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
Email contact
If you email us, we keep the email until the issue is resolved and then delete it. We don't add email addresses to a marketing list.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email us using the address on the contact page to make a request — we respond within 30 days.
